I laugh to keep from crying.

OH WOW THIS IS STUPID AHAHAHAof course liberals have to make ridiculous claims about conservatives just to attempt to make an argument. it doesn’t work.1. WE CARE ABOUT WOMEN WHOSE HEALTH IS IN DANGER. i am pro-life, i know a lot of pro-lifers, and for many of us, the one exception to our anti-abortion stance is when the mom is in danger. wow. it’s like the person who made this comic has never even talked to a pro-lifer before.2. lol ahaha sure we want kids to starve and die. yeah sure. good grief. all we are saying is that the PARENTS (it’s not the kids’ fault) take responsibility for their actions and not blame “rich people” and “society” for their income level. it’s amazing how much liberals cannot stand the concept of taking personal responsibility. when someone is poor IT’S NEVER EVER EVER EVER their fault and they are ALWAYS the victim of evil demonic rich people amirite?3. actually we conservatives like abortion doctors a lot… when they realize how horrible abortion really is and they decide to quit doing abortions. that’s happened plenty of times. there are former abortion doctors who are now pro-life and speak out against the practices they once did. of course liberals never seem to mention this.4. you know it’s so funny that liberals feel sooooo sorry for criminals on death row (who have committed awful crimes) and yet they could not care less about an innocent person who has done nothing wrong except exist (an unborn baby in the womb). yeah we conservatives do have more sympathy for the one who has NOT committed any kind of horrible crime.5. another overly dramatic claim. just because we don’t want government (aka taxpayers, aka YOU) paying for health care when we already have a 16 trillion dollar debt, we want infants to die? this is just so dumb. we want people to be able to afford their own health care without gov’t controlling it. conservatives have proposed various solutions to lower h-care costs like tort reform and allowing competition across state lines, and there are other solutions proposed as well. but liberals won’t listen to anything that doesn’t involve growing bigger and bigger government. we support gov’t providing THE MOST BASIC things to keep infants and people in general from dying in the streets. but liberal’s definition of “basic things” is so much more expanded than it should be.6. guess what? YOU ARE MADE UP OF CELLS. if you think cells don’t count as life, then you think YOU don’t count as life. and btw, an embryo and fetus are made up of a lot more than “a couple” of cells. study biology please. so liberals, stop getting your silly talking points from MSNBC, alternet.org, huffpo and other crappy places and actually spend time listening to conservatives, reading our blogs, and seeing what we have to say. stop it with the strawmen arguments and develop some common sense for once.

The Top Ten Reasons Obamacare Is Unconstitutional.

1)         Exceeds the Scope of the Commerce Clause – The purpose of Congress’s power to regulate commerce among the states was to end interstate protectionist measures and establish a national free trade pact.  The Constitution does not give Congress the power to create commerce in order to regulate it.

2)         Threatens the Notion of Limited Government – The individual mandate would be a grant of limitless legislative and regulatory power.  This violates the doctrine of enumerated powers in which Congress is given few and specific legislative powers.

3)         Imperils Religious Liberty – ObamaCare forces religious institutions to provide services that violate their faith.

4)         Rewrites Contract Law – The individual mandate renders the purchase of health insurance to be compulsory.  For centuries, it has been understood that a contract is valid only if all parties voluntarily and mutually assent to its terms

5)         Charges a Financial Penalty to Regulate Behavior – ObamaCare imposes a financial penalty on those that fail to purchase health insurance.  The Constitution does not grant Congress an independent power to tax for the general welfare and may not use taxation as a means to regulate activity, unless that regulation is authorized by the Constitution.

6)         Imposes an Unconstitutional Tax – The Obama Administration asserts that the financial penalty is a tax.  However, this “tax” does not satisfy the three types of taxes – income, excise, or direct – listed as valid in the Constitution.   The penalty is not assessed on income so it is not a valid income tax.  The penalty is not assessed uniformly and is triggered by economic inactivity so it is not a valid excise tax.  Finally, ObamaCare fails to apportion the tax among the states by population, and therefore is not a valid direct tax.

7)         Erodes Federalism – ObamaCare’s expansion of Medicaid is of such an enormous degree that states are coerced into compliance or risk abandoning the poor.  ObamaCare would deny all Medicaid funds for noncompliant states.

8)         Infringes Upon the Reserved Powers of the States and the People – The Tenth Amendment reserves powers not granted to the federal government to the states and to the people.  Nowhere in the Constitution is Congress granted the power to compel the purchase of a product as a condition upon legal residence in the United States.

9)         Neither Necessary nor Proper – The Necessary and Proper Clause grants Congress the means to execute its enumerated powers and adds no additional powers to the legislative branch.  The regulation of inactivity cannot be necessary and proper in executing the powers of the Commerce Clause.

10)       It’s Not Just Unconstitutional – ObamaCare will increase taxes and healthcare costs, destroy new jobs, add to the national debt, burden both small and large businesses with new regulations, and violate the founding principles of a republic expressly founded to secure the blessings of liberty.

What People Don’t Seem to Understand about ObamaCare

slide-to-the-right:

1.) Not only your own healthcare expenses, but everyone else’s will be coming straight out of your pocket.

2.) Since number one is true we’re talking obvious tax hikes to pay for everything.

3.) It is a BLATANT violation of the First Amendment since it requires Catholic hospitals to carry birth control when it goes against their beliefs. What about ‘separation of church and state,’ huh?

4.) The government will be dictating your course of care. DOES ANYONE NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT? If you need a form of treatment that isn’t covered or they simply refuse to pay for (which they will have the ability to do), guess what? You won’t get it.

5.) WE CAN’T AFFORD IT, ESPECIALLY IN OUR CURRENT ECONOMIC STATUS.

Re-Elect Obama: The Ultimate FAQ

Conservative: Obama was elected in large part because of the problems in the economy, but four years later the economy is in even worse shape. Why, then, should we reelect him?
Liberal: Because Obama has lots of plans to get the economy going and create jobs. Romney doesn’t have a plan except to ride his car elevator and laugh at poor people.
Conservative: Plans? Hasn’t Obama been president for four years? Why hasn’t he already implemented his plans?
Liberal: He has, and he’s done a great job with the economy! The recovery is in full force! Better stand out of the way of the economy — it’s raging!
Conservative: So are you claiming that what we see now is a good job with the economy?
Liberal: Well, not all of Obama’s great ideas have been implemented, because the Republicans keep blocking his plans.
Conservative: So Obama hasn’t done a good job with the economy, and you’re blaming that on Republicans?
Liberal: No, Obama has been a huge success, and his policies have created millions and millions of jobs! Oh! Wow! So many jobs!
Conservative: If Obama’s policies have made millions of jobs, why is unemployment higher than when he started, and why was it over 8% for well over forty months?
Liberal: Because of BUSH! He was a very bad president, and he’s still on the loose, hurting the economy and losing jobs. Hopefully one day he can be captured and stopped.
Conservative: I’m a little confused. Are you claiming that Obama has put in place successful policies that have fixed the economy, or that he’s been completely impotent to fix things because of the Republicans and Bush?
Liberal: Obama has done a great job, except for all this unprecedented opposition from the Republicans.
Conservative: Unprecedented? Hasn’t every president had to deal with an opposition party? Is Obama just much worse at that than all previous presidents?
Liberal: No, it’s the Republicans that are much worse. They are the Party of No. They say no to everything. Obama is like, “Want to spend a few trillion more dollars?” and they say, “No!” What a bunch of jerks.
Conservative: Won’t the Republicans still be around in the next Obama term? Does that mean there will just be four more years of Obama complaining that the Republicans are blocking everything?
Liberal: No, the Republicans will be cowed into doing everything Obama says when he tells them, “I won. Again.”
Conservative: But didn’t Obama have a majority in the House and a sixty seat majority in the Senate during his first two years as president? Why didn’t he just pass all his brilliant ideas then?
Liberal: He did! He passed some great things, like the stimulus, and that other thing that we don’t need to spend a lot of time discussing other than to say that it was widely hailed as kinda constitutional.
Conservative: But wasn’t the stimulus a big failure? By Obama’s predictions, wasn’t unemployment supposed to never go above 8% and be below 6% by now?
Liberal: Obama made those predictions before he knew exactly how bad things were. That awful Bush strikes again! We need a nationwide manhunt to find him and stop him!
Conservative: So you’re saying Obama spent like a trillion dollars based on bad data?
Liberal: No, it was still a huge success and saved millions of jobs and helped grow our economy. Better stand back — that economy is going to explode… in growth!
Conservative: It’s years later, and growth is barely over 1%. Hasn’t this been the slowest recovery ever, and thus wasn’t the stimulus a big failure?
Liberal: Well, more needs to be done, but did I mention about those nasty Republicans stopping Obama?
Conservative: It still just seems like a huge failure, especially considering that we’ve gotten this anemic growth at the cost of a massive increase in the national debt. Didn’t Obama promise to halve the deficit?
Liberal: And Obama has presided over a government that has had the lowest spending rate in decades.
Conservative: Wait! What?!
Liberal: Lowest rate in decades.
Conservative: The national debt has gone up $5 trillion dollars! What in the world are you talking about?
Liberal: Lowest rate in decades. Fact checkers will back me up on this.
Conservative: The debt has gone up from $11 trillion to $16 trillion. For the first time ever, the country’s credit rating was downgraded. Are you insane?
Liberal: While Obama has been in office, the deficit has increased at a really low rate.
Conservative: Wait a second. So Obama received a record deficit because we were fighting two wars and promised to halve it, and you want us to give him credit for only increasing it a little bit?
Liberal: Obama is thrifty.
Conservative: And didn’t Obama want to spend even more than he has but was stopped by Congress and the Party of No?
Liberal: Well, maybe Obama hasn’t done the greatest job on debt, but that’s because of his laser-like focus on jobs.
Conservative: What laser-like focus? Didn’t he use up all his political capital on ObamaCare — a program Americans didn’t want that has nothing to do with jobs?
Liberal: It’s sorta jobs-related, because people often get health insurance through their jobs. So maybe it’s more of a shotgun focus on jobs — you know, hitting jobs and things around jobs, like health insurance.
Conservative: And what was all the time he spent taking on religious liberty to give a 30-year-old Georgetown law student free birth control?
Liberal: Because… um… people will work harder knowing that Sandra Fluke won’t accidentally reproduce.
Conservative: And why does Obama spend so much time talking about raising taxes on the rich? How does raising taxes help with jobs?
Liberal: Because… um… er… fairness.
Conservative: How is Obama supposed to help create jobs when he seems to have so much contempt for small business owners, as demonstrated by his “you didn’t build that” speech?
Liberal: That speech was taken out of context. Obama was simply making the point that the government builds the roads and bridges that businesses need to operate.
Conservative: Why did Obama, who has never run a business in his life, feel the need to give a patronizing lecture to business owners about who makes roads and bridges? Shouldn’t they be lecturing him?
Liberal: No. One of the biggest economic hurdles we face is the arrogance of small business owners, who won’t admit that they owe us for all those roads and bridges. Only Obama is willing to put them in their place.
Conservative: Should we take as an indication of which candidate is better on jobs the fact that polls show small business owners overwhelmingly prefer Governor Romney?
Liberal: The reason small business owners like Romney is because they know they can just push him around, making their businesses wherever they want. We need Obama, because he will give the business owners a good smack, keep them in line, and tell them, “Hey, you lazy bums, we did the hard part; we made the roads and bridges. Now just make your businesses along them, and shut up!”
Conservative: It still seems a lot like Obama is hostile to business. How can we trust him to help with jobs?
Liberal: Maybe Obama doesn’t like all the businesses that are so focused on silly things like profit, but he’s invested lots of money in green jobs.
Conservative: Like the $500 million he invested in the now bankrupt Solyndra?
Liberal: They certainly didn’t make an evil profit. But don’t forget Obama’s brilliant plan that saved the jobs at General Motors.
Conservative: What brilliant plan? All he did was throw a bunch of money we don’t have at GM, and it’s still a failing business. It really doesn’t seem like Obama has much business sense.
Liberal: That’s because businesses are stupid. And why is everyone so obsessed with jobs, anyway? Haven’t you heard how easy it is to get food stamps now? And if you end your foolish endeavor to find a job, you no longer count in the unemployment rate and can help bring it down. So do your part, and just give up.
Conservative: It still seems like Obama has done an awful job with the economy, and there’s no indication he has any better plans for his next term.
Liberal: What are you talking about? He’s got lots of great plans, like more spending to stimulate the economy and higher taxes on the rich.
Conservative: Tax and spend?
Liberal: That counts as a plan. So expect great economic growth in Obama’s next term — unless Bush is still around causing trouble and the Republicans don’t do everything Obama tells them to do and those stupid business owners get all snotty.
Conservative: And the deficit?
Liberal: We’ll have the lowest spending ever. Just like now.
Conservative: You’re psychotic.
Liberal: Not so loud! Bush might hear us and ruin our plans. He’s always out there, and I hear he can take many forms. Like he could be that squirrel over there. Wait. Why is it looking at me? Is that Bush? KILL THAT SQUIRREL! And vote Obama 2012. Forward!

and again, romney demonstrates why i’ve always said i would not support him

we were given such a great opportunity to attack obama because he went back and forth on whether the mandate is a tax. thank you team romney for taking a big conservative opportunity AND RUINING IT.

but i’m not surprised. i had already thought that it was silly that many conservatives were more fired up for romney after the court decision. lol, really? you hate obamacare so that means you are all fired up and passionate about voting for… romneycare? yeah i did not feel increased enthusiams to vote for romney.

i wish there were a way that we could trade him in for a new nominee.

btw thank you allen west for critcizing team romney on this: http://conservatives4palin.com/2012/07/politico-allen-west-questions-romney-team.html

and lol at the fact that the same guy who did this screwup also said the “etch-a-sketch” thing. honestly i feel sorry for him.

obamacare's new taxes

i had to leave a comment and thank the person for sharing that info!

hannity just said this now, and many others said it too: the goal of obamacare is eventually to get everyone into the government system. obama says “if you like your insurance, you can keep it.” yeah, maybe for a while, but eventually, private companies will go out of business- that’s how obamacare’s designed. more and more people will be added to the gov’t system.

it’s sneaky, deceptive, and pretty despicable. obama wants to trick and mislead americans and make them think they have more freedom than they actually have. the goal is bigger government and more control, the left will sneak it in however they can, and they will NOT be honest! that’s what makes me mad!!

(btw! speaking of hannity… keep watching, greta’s coming on very soon! sarah will be there!!!)

wanna know what i think about the scotus health care ruling? read my twitter! i ranted so much

and special shoutout to sarah, who is trending on twitter because she is awesome. she will be on greta tonight 10pm fox news

important new romney staffer is a supporter of... obamacare!!

yep this is why i already decided a while back that i’m not voting for romney. i can’t just reward him with my vote when i know he’s liberal (or at least a moderate.) if we strong conservatives obediently fall in line behind this guy, he has the freedom to keep leaning left if he feels like it because he knows he’s got our vote. romney hurts the conservative movement in the long run (if we support him) he’d have to choose a REALLY good vp for me to even think about voting for him.

i mean look at this article, this is crony capitalist corruption as usual! and romney is okay with this? (answer: yes)

constitution? who needs it?

one congressperson is honest about not needing the constitution.

just another financially unstable, failed obama policy. what else is new?

waivers weren't even part of the original obamacare law!!!

no corruption here!!

someone explains why "death panels" are real.

the term “death panels” may seem overdramatic but if people actually read and learn more about it then they’d realize it’s true. these panels are deciding things that prevent some people from getting treatment, therefore some people die. that’s why they’re called death panels.

proof of death panels in obamacare.

obama's lack of transparency on heathcare

what’s he hiding?
